Email us a list of the miniatures you wish to order.
Or:
Add items to your trolley as you go through the Product Lists. When your trolley is on screen simply generate the order form. Once this is done you can print the Order Form and either email, fax or post it to us.
Or:
You can phone or fax your order through to us on +61 2 9522 0764 (if by phone then between 9am and 6pm Australian Eastern Standard Time).

Whichever way you place your order please remember to include your postal address and details of the payment method you want to use.

The following postal charges apply:
AUSTRALIA: $5.00
NEW ZEALAND: add 10% of the order value with a MINIMUM charge of $6.60
AMERICA/CANADA: add 15% of the order value with a MINIMUM charge of $8.80
ASIA/PACIFIC: add 15% of the order value with a MINIMUM charge of $7.75
UK/EUROPE/ALL OTHER COUNTRIES: add 20% of the order value with a MINIMUM charge of $10.30

FOR ORDERS OVER $200 POSTAGE IS DISCOUNTED - WE WILL EMAIL YOU BACK WITH AN EXACT COST.

If paying by credit card you can either include your credit card details on the Order Form or your email list or you can phone or fax them through on +61 2 9522 0764 (if by phone then between 9am and 6pm Australian Eastern Standard Time.
If paying by cheque or money order please make out the amount in Australian Dollars.

For overseas retail orders we send by air post. This normally takes between seven to ten days. We try to turn orders round within 24 hours of receipt but if there are any delays we will email you with the details immediately.
For Australian retail orders we send by normal post. Overnight express post is available at extra cost which we will advise by email prior to sending.
